Your safety and wellbeing is our top priority

We have added the following safety protocols:

• HEPA viral filtration units in every room

• Cleaning protocol between every patient

• Doctors and staff can mask at your request

No Show/Cancellations

No shows and same day cancellations are costly to our clinic and unfair to other patients who could have been seen in that time slot. If this is a repeated occurrence with an individual, we will not book appointments for that individual and refer them to go elsewhere going forward. We have a two strikes policy of either no showing or same day cancelling. If you need to cancel, 24 hours notice or more would be much appreciated.

Prescription Rechecks

For ages 19-64 patients: One recheck can be provided at no charge 90 days after the date of exam if there is issues with the new glasses. Beyond 90 days or more than 1 recheck a $75 fee will be charged per visit

For under 19 and over 65: There is no time limit, rechecks can be done anytime as they are covered by Alberta Health.
