Your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities.
We’ve implemented the following safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all:
-HEPA viral filtration units in every room
-Thorough cleaning protocols between every patient
-Masking available upon request — just let us know!
No Show / Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments are subject to a cancellation or no show fee. $100 for children (0-18) or medical appointments (any age). $150 for adults full exams (19+).
We will waive this for the first occurrence in good faith but will apply thereon after. This fee reflects part of the unrecoverable time and lost opportunity cost. Last minute changes also prevent other patients to be seen in a timely manner.
Please provide at least a days notice via call/text/voicemail and we would be happy to reschedule or cancel.
Prescription Rechecks
For patients aged 19–64:
-One free recheck is available within 90 days of the exam with the same doctor.
-After 90 days, or if requesting a different doctor, a $75 fee applies per visit.
For patients under 19 or over 65:
-One free recheck is available within 90 days of the exam.
-After 90 days, a $40 fee applies per visit, regardless of the doctor.
Privacy Policy
Keeping your health information private and safe is of upmost important to us. Your personal and health record data is stored behind a firewall and in encrypted secure locations. Under no circumstances will your health data will be sold, shared or seen anyone else besides the doctors and staff at our clinic. The only time we send your records to other places is if you are being referred to another clinic or if relevant findings need to be shared with your family doctor or other specialist. This would be disclosed to you during your appointment before it’s sent.
