Your safety and wellbeing is our top priority

We have added the following safety protocols:

• HEPA viral filtration units in every room

• Cleaning protocol between every patient

• Doctors and staff can mask at your request

No Show/Cancellations

No shows and same day cancellations are costly to our clinic and unfair to other patients who could have been seen in that time slot. If this is a repeated occurrence with an individual, we will may refer that individual to go elsewhere going forward. If you cancel with 24 hours notice or more that would be much appreciated.

Prescription Rechecks

For ages 19-64 patients: One recheck can be provided at no charge 90 days after the date of exam if there is issues with the new glasses. Beyond 90 days or more than 1 recheck a $60 fee will be charged per visit

For under 19 and over 65: There is no time limit, rechecks can be done anytime as they are covered by Alberta Health.
